Seven Findings. Three of Them Are Strengths.
Many voices, one clear picture. The Garden Report shows how your culture actually grows – across the whole organisation and in each of its beds: areas, levels, sites and teams.
It describes patterns, never people. It does not hand out grades or name culprits. Instead, every finding shows the passage in your Planting Plan it relates to, how many people experience it, how it differs between beds, a voice from the interviews – and a question to discuss, not a verdict.
What Is Thriving
Roots – Protect.
Values from your Planting Plan that are firmly anchored in everyday life. They carry your organisation – and deserve protection, especially in times of change.
New Shoots – Nurture.
Values that are beginning to take hold: visible in some beds, among newer colleagues, or since a recent initiative. With the right support, they will grow strong.
Wildflowers – Spread.
Strengths nobody planned. Practices your people have developed on their own that genuinely help. Often the most valuable part of the report: proven best practice from inside your organisation.
What Is Waiting
Bare Patches – Honour or Drop.
Values in your Planting Plan that have not yet taken root. Either they need real attention – or the plan deserves an honest update. Both are good decisions.
What Needs Attention
Overgrowth – Cut Back.
A value lived so intensely that it begins to crowd out others: speed at the expense of care, loyalty at the expense of openness. Strengths, just too much of them.
Unchecked Growth – Decide.
Practices that have spread without anyone steering them – handled one way here, quite another there. Neither good nor bad, simply uncontrolled. The report shows where they diverge, so you can decide what should become the common way.
Weeds – Address.
Patterns that work against what your Planting Plan stands for. Named clearly, without blame – because once you can see them, you can deal with them.
Numbers Decide. Not the AI.
Which kind of finding something is depends on fixed, transparent rules – not on the judgement of a language model. Every machine-written sentence is checked against the data: are the numbers there, is the quote real, does the wording match the rule? Where the evidence is too thin, a finding is not softened or guessed at – it is withheld, and the report says so.
And before you read a single finding, the report checks the Soil: a few questions show how freely people felt able to answer. So you know how much weight the picture can carry.
What the Report Shows – And What It Leaves to You.
The report shows what grows, where and how strongly. It does not speculate about why, it does not judge individual cases, and it does not say whether your values are the right ones – whether a plan is lived says nothing about whether it is a good plan. Those questions belong in the debrief, with the people who know the context – because that is where good explanations come from, and where blame has no place.
From Findings to Next Steps.
The report itself stays strictly with the facts: what grows, where, and how strongly – each finding linked to the passage in your Planting Plan it relates to.
If you would like concrete recommendations, they are available as a separate module: Fertiliser. This keeps the picture clean and the advice clearly marked as advice – so you always know which is which.
The Report Is Only the Beginning.
Its real value unfolds in conversation: with your leadership team, with HR, with your works council and, ideally, with your people. A shared picture creates a shared language – and a shared language makes it far easier to tend a culture together.
