The Wall. And Monday Morning.
Every organisation has (at least) two cultures: The one on the wall. And the one on Monday morning.
The first lives in your mission statement, your values, your careers page. The second lives in how decisions are really made, how mistakes are really handled, and what really gets recognised. Both are valuable. And the space between them is where your most useful insights are waiting – including strengths nobody ever wrote down.
Culture Code places the two side by side. It shows you where your values are already deeply rooted, where they are just beginning to grow, where something valuable has flourished without anyone planning it – and where attention would make the biggest difference.
WHAT CULTURE CODE IS
Culture Code compares the culture you aim for with the culture your people experience every day. Three steps, one clear picture:
The Planting Plan – Your stated culture.
We gather what your organisation says about itself: mission statement, values, leadership principles, code of conduct, brand and careers pages. Each statement is captured with its source – and only what you have approved counts. This becomes the plan your everyday reality is compared against.
The Soil Sample – Your lived culture.
Employees at every level and in every area take part in a short, anonymous conversation with an AI interviewer – on their own phone, in their own words, whenever it suits them. Broad like a survey. Deep like an interview. Anonymous like neither.
The Garden Report – What grows where.
You receive a clear picture of your culture as a living garden: what is firmly rooted, what is sprouting, what grows unplanned, and what is crowding out the rest – for the whole organisation and for each of its beds: areas, levels and teams.
01 | WHAT CULTURE CODE REVEALS
Know the culture you already have.
Most organisations know their values by heart, yet few know where those values truly live. Discover the questions you will be able to answer afterwards – and why a survey alone cannot answer them.
02 | IN THEIR OWN WORDS
One short conversation. Every voice. Fully anonymous.
How an AI interviewer listens to your entire organisation with the depth of a personal conversation – and why anonymity is not a feature, but the precondition for every honest answer.
03 | WHAT GROWS IN YOUR GARDEN
Seven findings. Three of them are strengths.
The Garden Report turns many individual voices into one clear, fair picture – without blame and without naming anyone. Every finding comes with a direction: protect, nurture, spread, honour, cut back, address, decide.
04 | CULTURE & EXCELLENCE
From one snapshot to a culture you can steer.
How Culture Code supports your EFQM journey, how a pilot gets you started in a single area, and how follow-up measurements show what has grown since.
WHY A GARDEN?
Culture is often described as a machine to be fixed, a patient to be treated or a game to be won. None of these fits. A machine has no life of its own. A patient implies illness. A game needs losers.
A garden is alive. It grows – sometimes exactly to plan, sometimes in surprising directions. It needs care, not repair. And in a garden, everyone tends: there is no single gardener to blame or to praise. That is why Culture Code describes patterns, never people.
Most organisations know their values by heart. Far fewer know where those values are already thriving – or what valuable things have grown there on their own. That is what Culture Code makes visible.
WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR ORGANISATION ON MONDAY MORNING?
Let’s find out together. A short, no-pressure conversation is enough to see whether Culture Code fits your situation – and where a first pilot would create the most value.
